Meet Bruce Richard Poindexter III, a passionate basketball player with a heart of gold. Born on March 5th, Bruce has been in love with the sport since he was just 6 months old.
Growing up, Bruce honed his skills as a player by competing with the Flint Flames AAU basketball team, where he’s been a valuable member for the past 2 years. When he’s not on the court, you can find him hanging out with his closest friends or spending time with his loving family, who mean the world to him.
Bruce’s faith also plays a big role in his life. He starts every day with a moment of scripture and prayer, drawing inspiration from Philippians 4:13- “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
In his downtime, Bruce loves indulging in his favorite snack, Blue Takis chips, and enjoying a meal at his favorite restaurant, Hakkaidos. With a drive to succeed, a positive attitude, and a strong support system, there’s nothing Bruce can’t accomplish.
